All right. Good morning, humans. I’m author Jonathan David and uh I’m going to show you guys a magic trick today. This is uh part of my I know I’m right podcast series is that has turned into a book. Uh so I I write my fiction with my fingertips. I know I’m right, baby. I write I write my fiction with my fingertips. I record myself screen sharing with my my photo or my video with my face and and screen sharing with the camera showing my face. I I do that so that um you people that want to just make knee-jerk accusations towards people about using AI, I document everything I do to snuff out that argument. Yet still people are crazy. So today I um I have a book signing event on Saturday. Today’s Thursday. I have people all over the world asking me how to do what I do, to write a book, to make money doing it, to manufacture the books. I make these books myself. You know, those of you who are new here, I I abandoned I abandoned working with all other companies. I manufacture the books. I host the book sales, the audio books, everything on my website. And uh I manage everything myself. from uh production to distribution to creation. So when I write a fiction book, I record myself doing it. And so when you get a fiction book going forward now, I was doing this in the past, but I kept getting uh I kept getting blocked on YouTube when I was writing my books live because of the nature of the content of some of them. So I had to redo everything to make sure that uh I’m not being uh shown to children, so to speak. They were showing me to the wrong people. So, uh, anyways, I am I am I get people all the time asking me about writing a book. How do how do you how did you get from idea to paying your bills writing a book? Well, I’m a problem solver and I’m creative and I’m relentless. So, I always tell people there’s only one way to become successful in this business. You have to have a little bit of luck and a whole lot of determination. and most importantly divine intervention. But it’s one of those if you build it, they will come things. You know, my uh my mission here is to help you understand how to produce a product that is professional and sellable on your first shot and to prevent yourself from getting robbed. I am so sick and tired of what has happened to entertainment as of late. it. You don’t know if it’s AI generated, AI written. You don’t, you know, you don’t know uh if there’s going to be ads. I mean, I I’m traumatized. I cannot turn on the TV anymore because I am lit. I’ve got PTSD from advertisements. I’m like, when is the ad going to come? When is the ad going to come? It’s going to be the same stupid one with that same stupid song again. Oh my god. Oh my god. Oh my god. Oh my god. This is what has happened now. Is it’s it’s absolutely terrible. And I have a psycho dog that will not let me get any work done. She is uh she’s in my lap right now and and she is you can see her. She’s insane. She’s um she’s the Energizer Bunny in dog form. And it’s very stressful. So I my hat is off to any of you who have children because my god, we need to have high school for dogs or something. Get these. Okay,
this is this this transcript that you’re listening to right now or you might be reading it. This is going to be a transcript in a book. It it’s a it’s a new form of writing because of technology. The transcript, it’s not necessarily artificial intelligence at all. It’s transcripts, but I’m going to use AI to clean up the transcript and itemize everything to extract instructions. And it does a great job. It’s the perfect way to do a cooking show, a cooking book. I do a cookbook, too. I do a cooking show, and then I take the transcript and I have AI just extract the recipe and the instructions. And for that, it’s amazing. It does that amazing. In like two seconds, you have this professional and it’s your words, it’s your recipe, it’s your instructions. AI just took it out. In the past, you might have to hire somebody to spend a week listening to it and and pulling everything out. AI does it in like two seconds. That’s a great use of AI. having AI write a book for you. Some people don’t care. I wrote a little fiction story called uh Nicola and uh it was Albert and Nicola’s scientific adventure, which I’m going to bring back because I want to have an AI generated fiction story so that you guys can see the difference between AI generated stories and my stories. I I I do that on purpose and I show I show you how to do the entire thing, which that’s going to be part of what I’m going to show you in in this video series. I am uh this is the preface chapter, the introduction chapter. It’s just waking up a little congested still. So this is the preface chapter and I am going to throughout this book. Now today’s Thursday I want you guys to understand this. Today is Thursday, October 8th, 2026. I need a novel for Saturday to sell because people keep asking me about they they’re interested in how to become an author. So, I want to have this product and say, “Look, here’s a book that I wrote.” And it it it has all the instructions, everything you need to know about not getting robbed, about where to publish, how to publish, how to write the book, how to structure the book, how to how to write a fiction book, how to write a novel, how to write a cookbook. It has everything that you’re interested in knowing about how to do it today, modern time, and not get robbed by these co these companies and ultimately will lead to where do you want to dist distribute and publish your book. Do you want to sell? I manufacture my books. I host my ebooks. I no longer do business with any other company. So, so I want you guys to understand I’m going to create an entire novel from start to finish explaining everything you need to know about being an author and how to make money doing it and how to protect your prop your content, how to write all these different books. I’m going to do this in a day. Today I’m taking a break from the how to study guide for a day so I can create this book because I need to make money when I do my book signings and my fiction my fiction makes me a good amount of money but I’m missing out on a huge chunk of change because I don’t have tutorial books and non-fiction books for people that some people don’t like to read fiction they just want to be educated and uh they always ask me about my education books but I never bring I never brought them to the book signing events because it derails it derails it can be over if you have if you have too much content it people get confused they have decisions but I figured out a way to divide it through trial and error so that I can I can advertise the fiction which is what is most popular but still draw people in for the tutorial but mostly people all the time come up and they want to ask me questions about writing books and I I I don’t want to work for free they come up to me and they’re like hey I’m going to get 15 minutes free from author Jonathan David. That’s a very valuable 15 minutes and it wastes my time. It disrupts the flow of customers that want to actually buy something from me. I I get and I’m a talker. I get locked into talking and I miss out on sales. It It’s a pretty rude thing to do if you’re a consumer to go up to a vending art thing and take up somebody’s time for 15 30 minutes and not give them any money. They have like a 4hour window to make their living. Once a week I have four hours to make a living and people want to come up and take 1530 minutes of that. That could cost me $500. That because you’re selling books, $150 worth of books every 15 minutes. 70 to $150 worth of books every 15 minutes. Even faster sometimes. Boom. Every five minutes somebody comes up and talks to you. Some people don’t even stop at the stand because you’re talking. They just they move along. And and that’s something if you’re going to be a novelist or an artist, an artist, then you know, you need to know how to manage the crowd because you don’t want to piss people off, but they’re going to piss you off. And you’ll have people that will not leave you alone, especially if you get your you’re reaching a point of fame. Then people that have no interest in buying anything start to crowd. And then that’s where line dividers and security guards come in. And I’m I’m about this close to being at that point. And I already have the line dividers and and and uh to keep that from happening so that the line can be funneled in because when I just have a table and people can just walk up to the table and crowd the table, then what happens is people don’t see the product. They they but if there’s a line, people tend to want to stand in line. But that’s it’s a that there’s a there’s a tipping point where you go from just having a table where people walk up to to having a line divider. That’s when you have an endless amount of crowd that you have to. And uh where where I’m doing my book signing, it’s kind of 50/50 because half of the people hate me, half of the people don’t know me, half half of the people third of the people don’t know me, third of the people hate me, and a third of the people love me. It’s just the nature of the beast, you know. It doesn’t matter what you do. It doesn’t matter if you’re Taylor Swift or Elvis Presley or Donald Trump. A third of the people don’t care. A third of the people hate you. A third of the people love you. It’s just it doesn’t matter who you are, what you do. And we’ll talk about all of that today. We’re going to talk about pen names. We’re going to talk about where to sell your book. We’re going to talk about I’m going to show you guys how to format the book in Microsoft Word. I’m going to show you guys um I’m going to talk about everything. It’s going to be I’m not sure if I’m going to do the book this size. If I’m going to have it be
I don’t know if I’m going to have it be about this size, a regular handheld size novel. I definitely I definitely will probably have it as an optional tiny book or if I’m going to do it this size. And the question is is that you see I’m going to sell it for $99. I’m going to make a product today with a v it’s going to because it includes it’s going to include like 20 30 videos or more. So you get a whole video library and you get the literature of it. The literature is the documentation of the transcripts. It’s it’s either the complete transcript like this will be the complete transcript so you can read the complete transcript unedited. It’s not AI generated content and the summarizations of my podcast is not AI it’s not AI generated. It’s AI polished. I would say there’s a huge difference. So I’m going to I’m going to show you guys the fiction book that’s written with AI 100% untampered. And then and then I’ll show you um I’ll show you a non-fiction book I did that’s written with AI 100% untampered. And I’ll show you guys all the AI stuff that I did and how to make audio books free. I’m g show you guys how to do all this free. That’s the other thing. I know how to do all of this free and make money off of it. When AI came out, I did a beta test on a book and I had I wrote the book in like an hour, published it. The next day I had a sale and I made $20 profit. I sold the book for 40 39 bucks. I had a sale the first day, made like 20 bucks. And uh then the people, this is right when AI came out and this was through draft to digital. And in the disclaimer, I said it was written with AI. And when they reviewed it a week later, they closed my account and canceled my account and blocked me from publishing. Even though I said it was written with AI, I was like, “This was written with AI. It was my story. It was written with AI and they closed my account.” This was like three, four years ago when it first came out. And and that’s that’s why I do not do business with any of these companies at all because even if you’re not even if you’re following the law, you’re not doing anything incorrect, anything wrong, you’re putting all control into their hands and they break the law. What they did was illegal. They didn’t but they’re like in their in their mind they’re like, “No, we have the right to do whatever we want with our business. No shoes, no shirt, no service type thing.” There there is there is a limit to to the to that. And um this is why Amazon keeps getting sued. all these companies keep getting sued because they’re making up their own laws and they’re they call them community guidelines and you violated our community guidelines so we don’t have to follow the law. And then a few years go by and they get sued and they have to pay everybody fines because what they did was illegal and they did monopolize and do unfair business practices. It’s not. You can’t. So, but you know, you try to argue with a pathological lying psychopath, a corporation owner like that. They don’t they don’t talk to you. They only reply with questions and accusations. They don’t respond. They don’t answer questions. You understand? You know that. You know what? You know that they’re lying because they will never answer the question. They only respond with questions and accusations. I know you are, but what am I? Well, what do you mean by that? Why don’t you try to talk to these people? So I you know what h what’s what they have done what they what these corporations have done this is the future of entrepreneurialship and novelists writers act uh act uh artists the future is solo you are going not going to want to do any business with these companies at all in the future but what’ll happen is everybody will go solo and and I’m going to show you guys how to make a living doing it. Everybody goes solo. Still, the corporations will eventually come in and buy you out. Everybody has a sellout point. And you reach a certain point of of of fandom, stardom, virality. Then some big company with a lot of money comes in and says, “Hey, we’re going to give you $50 million and we’ll take over.” And you’re like, “I don’t want to sell out, but I’m only making 50 grand a year. $50 million sounds nice.” Okay, that’s always going to happen and and and then you know the majority of people are going to gravitate to the next Harry Potter and it’s that’s the way it’s always going to be. That’s that’s okay. But if you actually want to make money now because one one of the first things I ask a um one of the first things I ask anybody who wants to publish a book, they come up to me and they they’re asking me questions about publishing a book. The first thing I ask them is I go, “Do you want to publish a book just to write the book? just to have the book or do you want to make money doing it? And most people say, “Well, I just want to write the book.” And then I say, “Well, just write the book and publish it.” Then then the ego comes out. Well, I I want to I want to get signed and I want to be, you know, it’s like, so then if you just want to write the book to have the book written, then we go into another branch. Do you want to self-publish it and just have it out there just just to have it out there? you don’t really care. It’s not about prestige or do you want to be signed and have so that you can be like yeah I’m a signed author and then if they go if they say I want to be signed then I go back oh so you do want to make money doing this and they’re like then then the mind starts playing tricks on you is I do this because I love doing it. I’m passionate about it. I know that there’s a market for it and I know people love having quality entertainment. So, I do it because I know because people come up and tell me they love my work. All the all the reviews you read about me on the internet, none of it reviews my literature. It’s just personal attacks on me because people are insane. And today’s hobby is trying to destroy somebody else’s life through the internet. You guys, people who do that, it’s this is what you’re when you enter this business that that’s the next thing we have to address is a pen name, a surname, a pseudonym. Pseudonym, is that right? an alter ego, a different name. We have to address that stuff. So, we’re going to do this in order, lesson to by lesson, back to back to back. Today, we’re going to write a whole check this out. Today is Thursday, October 8th, 2026 in a single day, maybe branching into tomorrow. Today, I’m going to put the whole entire book together. Tomorrow, we’re going to print, assemble, package, and sell the book, a physical book, and it’s all going to be my original words. I’m just going to use the assistance of transcripts and AI summaration to create this tutorial and then you can purchase the tutorial and it will come with an access code to my website which gives you access to probably around 50 videos explaining all of this. So now I found the way to be paid to do the work. Then I create the work and then I sell the work and then and then I record the work and the recordings of the work markets the product. Now you could add ads and stuff. I’m not doing ads ever again. There will not be ads on my content. Period. I’m not putting ads on my content. I do not want you guys to be alienated from my content because of ads. I I went down that road before. There’s it’s a lot easier to get a hundred people to give you a $100 a month than it is to get to get a hundred,000 people to give you a dollar or 10,000 people to give you a dollar a month. Think about that. A hundred people give you $100 a month. That’s $10,000. Or a thousand people a thousand people giving you $10 a month or 10,000 people giving you a dollar a month. Which one do you think you could actually obtain? If you’re going to do this kind of business as an author, that’s what that’s what you want to shoot for is a is a is a a a conceivable number and an an achievable number. My goal is like a hundred people pay $100 a month or a thousand people pay $10 a month or something in between. 500 people pay like $50 a month or something, you know, what whatever whatever gets you to that right now. Right now in America, if you want to live comfortably, you want to live like upper middle class comfort, you need to make 10 to $20,000 a month minimum with extra income coming from here and there and savings. And so that’s the target goal. So anybody who’s going to do this, if you want to make money doing this, you want to make money as an entrepreneur online, writing books, whatever, the target goal is about $10 to $20,000 a month. So the way I look at it is I know globally I know for a fact globally there is a minimum of a thousand people that would pay me anywhere from 10 to 100 to $200 $300 a month for for my services to be entertained by me to re for my courses to hang out in the live feed all this stuff. I know there’s at least a thousand people that would do that. I did a beta test. I had 10 people sign up the first week for the services I was offering. I just I went I just went I went the too exhausting direction with it, which was me doing math on demand with people. And I just I don’t I don’t teach math, okay? I’m not a math professor or teacher. I was just sharing with you guys how to do school, right? And people take it out of context. Uh it’s good. You want to be a scientist, it’s good. Be a scientist. I um I’m I’m just trying to survive and be happy and entertain people because when I was in college, next to learning, the most important thing in the world to me was entertainment. And I I say there’s the the trifecta of careers that are essential. That’s medicine, science, and entertainment. These three things are essential for for modern modern careers. Without science, you can’t have medicine. Without medicine, you can’t have entertainment or science. And without entertainment, nobody wants to do any of that. You got to have that balance of release, you know. So, I devoted I left I left college, graduate school. I made this decision to devote myself to entertainment and to and to helping people because I know that it is equally as important as making the next groundbreaking discovery in physics because that was my goal was to make a groundbreaking scientific discovery to help humanity to save the animals to elongate life to extend us to the next dimension which I still do in my free time. You guys, what do you do for what do you do for fun? uh you know, PhD level theoretical physics questions and topics and I write them books explaining how to solve them. It’s my hobby. What? Why would it sounds terrible? It sounds terrible to you, but my brain is like a Bugatti, you know? It’s like I it’s just it’s a machine that is is like it’s a very active fast hard work. I don’t know. It’s like it’s like if you took a like a tractor and a Bugatti and fused them together, you got my brain. It’s like a super fast workhorse, you know, fine-tuned, strong yet precision.
So, uh, anyways, so this will be fun. We we’re going to make we’re going to do an entire book. Check it out. Today, it’s October 8th, right? Check it out. But in the process, it’s it’s marketing you and pushing you to my website. I write this entire book. I publish it on Lulu, Drafted Digital, Barnes & Noble, Amazon, in Ingram Spark, all these different places. And I have it turned into an audio book and put on all these different audiobook platforms. And in the audio book, in the literature, it’s one giant ad that draws you back to my website. However, it’s also extraordinarily useful information. It is not a scam. It’s quality. And you know it’s quality because you’re watching me do it. You’re listening to me right now. You’re reading me reading what I’m saying right now. You met me in person. You get to watch the videos of me actually putting it all together. Just because I did it in a day doesn’t mean it didn’t take 20 years to do it. It took a long time to know all of this stuff, to figure all of this stuff out. You guys understand what I’m going to do in a day? What I’m going to do in a day, most people can’t do in a decade because it took me a decade to figure all this stuff out. And I’m going to share it with you guys. And I’m sharing it with you guys because it’s a marketing tactic. But it’s also for me, it’s like we need a change. There is a problem with our entertainment. I don’t want my fans to to come and get pissed off at me because I’m pissed off because YouTube takes everything. Amazon takes everything. All these companies take everything from you. And then your fans I you get mad because your fans are sending you money. So I had fans sending me tips every day through YouTube. Hundreds of dollars every day. And YouTube takes everything. I mean it’s gone. You don’t get anything. So I told the fans, I said, “Don’t send me money.” I told them not to. And they got upset by that because they’re like, “We’re supporting you.” And I’m like, “No, you’re supporting YouTube and they’re they’re taking everything from you.” And it’s this triangle of robbery is destroying the connection between me and the fan. I’m trying to provide a service for the fans and YouTube is robbing me and I’m trying to protect you and you’re getting mad at me because I’m like, you’re throwing your money away. Don’t give it to me through YouTube because you’re throwing it away. I don’t get it. And then you get mad at me because you think I don’t want your money. And I’m like, I want your money. I want your support. I want to entertain and help you. YouTube wants to take everything and leave me in the gutter and leave you in the gutter. They don’t care. That is a huge focus point on what we’re doing here is that you’re going to create a fan base. You need to make sure that you don’t alienate them. And and and the YouTube and Amazon, they don’t care. You’re they don’t care. They don’t care. They want to take everything from you. They want to use the fans to trick you into doing things so they can take everything from you. They are pure evil. I do not believe the people that run these companies are actually human. I really don’t. as a mathematician that spent 15 years reversing algorithms. I I went into math and physics bonafide atheist and I came out bonafide. I believe in Jesus. I believe in good and evil, the God and the devil. And I reversed the algorithms. My conclusion is the circle of people that run these corporations, they are not human beings. I am not kidding. It’s not a joke. It’s not meant to be funny. I actually do not believe they’re human. I don’t necessarily think they’re evil or good. I think more like they’re like a interdimensional tick. They just they found an energy source and they’re just sucking it dry. And we’re we’re like we’re like an like a deer in the wild and there’s a tick in a spot. We just can’t get at it and we know it’s killing us and we’re like and you’re trying to talk to the other deer. You’re like no there’s this tick on it’s killing me. Like I know I can’t see nothing. You’re go you’re crazy. That’s what it’s like dealing with the people that run these companies. They’re interdimensional ticks and they’re just sucking the life out of all of us. And I can see it because I spent 15 years reversing algorithms. It’s kind of like detecting subatomic particles. Like you can’t see them. How do you find these things? And how do you prove definitively that they’re there and how to do the calculation? You spend a long time learning how to see invisible things. And that’s what I did. And that that’s why I can’t I’m pretty I’m pretty damn sure. I know you guys might sound you think it sounds crazy. I’m telling you, I am telling you that that is what you’re going to experience. And if you go talk, you go talk to anybody like me, artist, musician, any any type of artist, any type of business owner, entrepreneur, anybody trying to do business on Amazon, you go talk to anybody that’s serious about it, who does it for a living, they’re going to tell you the same thing. They’re like, the people that run these companies are not human beings. They they are not. And if they are human beings, they they’re like Hitler. They did seances to sell their soul to the devil. You guys know the N stories of Hitler and Nazi and stuff. They they they sold their souls to the devil. They did all these sances to the darkness. They worshiped the darkness. They they want the pain, the suffering for the point of having power. That that that having power over other people can be so intoxicating like shooting heroin up your butt while you’re having sex. It that some people to have power over somebody else, it is so intoxicating. It’s like dealing with a drug addict. And it’s the worst kind of drug addict. A power- hungry person is the worst kind of drug addict because they often have power. Whereas a drug addict usually has no power. It’s like drug addicts are annoying. Can you get get some money, man? Get some money, man. Come on. And then they get high and act crazy. People with power, they’re the same way. But they have power and you can’t do anything about it. And that power is so intoxicating. And I have come to believe, I know any of you, you know, you’re skeptical. I have come to believe that as long as you’re a trutht teller, you are protected from that evil. You may not get everything you want in this world, but you are protected from that evil. And I believe that. And so I I talk openly about these things, even though I’m It scares me. I mean, the way these algorithms are, the way these corporations are, they could put a hit out on me, but but it’s not going to happen because there’s rules to this game, this interdimensional game of good and evil. There’s rules. truth creates a bubble of protection. It’s fascinating. You don’t need to lie, you know. Anyways, but so so this uh so the the trick is now right now I’m doing this podcast right now. Okay, I’m measuring I’m measuring the time of the podcast because a 45minute podcast is uh should be approximately 10,000 words. Now, the book I’m gonna write is going to be it’s going to be uh probably
60,000 to 80,000 words or maybe more depending. And that that’s going to determine whether I’m going to do it the textbook size or I’m going to do it the handheld size. I can do it both sizes with different size font of course, but the if it’s an if it’s an instruction tutorial, my you know the thing is is like is it going to be better as a handheld book or is it going to be better as a textbook? Um, but I’m I’m going to make that decision at the end of the day when I finish this library of lessons and this these instructions. So, this podcast though is going to be about 10,000 words, which the target for the for for the smaller book is going to be approximately 60 to 80,000 words. I have I have multiple different sizes. And uh I I so when I’m doing the podcast, I’m measuring the amount of time that I’m talking based on how many physical pages I’m going to fill in. This is where my math, physics, engineering, uh you know, problem solving skills came in to write these books. I got to know how much words a piece of paper can hold. The dimensions of it. Is it 5.5 by 8.5, 5 by 8? Is it is it 8.5 by 11? How thick is the paper? You know, how many pieces of paper can I use? How much can I put on the pages? What size font? All these different things. Then the engineering of the material all going together, blah blah blah. That’s what I used my education for is to engineer a way to manufacture these books. The uh making making the little tiny books too. all of these things and I just want I just I I have all of this information in my head. It’s already ready to go and with with the help of the transcripts and AI, I can extract it quickly and beautifully articulated. It’s not garbage. It is extraordinarily useful. It’s 10 years of my life I’m condensing into a package that you guys can get in a day. And you guys can mimic this too yourself. You can take this and you can do the same thing. You could write an entire fiction story by talking into a mic and having AI just edit it for you. And you can have you can have not AI, but you have the transcript. You can have AI clean it up. And that way it’s your original words. You can even Now, here’s the thing. If you don’t want to have AI involved at all, what you can do is you can just take this transcript out and you can edit it yourself. That way you can say it’s 100% your words. Zero AI was used. You just you’re just taking the transcript and then you’re editing it yourself. That’s not AI. That’s nothing. That’s just a computer converted your your voice into words and then you edited it yourself with your fingers. It’s a hund it’s a modern it’s a modern way of writing and that so that’s how I do my non-fiction books. I I I either take the transcripts out and I edit them or I have AI summarize them. That’s what I do for my nonfiction books. My fiction books I write myself from my brain and uh my education books I write myself and I I I usually do it I usually do the education stuff live with an audience. It’s a lot more fun to write it live with an audience if they can keep their mouth shut. Problem is I can’t do it on YouTube because when I when I write on YouTube all I just get I get kids that just ask question after question after question after question. And I ask these kids, I go, “Why are you in college if you’re not going to answer? You’re not going to become self-sufficient and figure out how to answer your own questions. Why the hell are you in college?” Like seriously, you go to college to become self-sufficient problem solver. Doesn’t matter if you’re a business major or a freaking Doesn’t matter what you’re who you what you’re majoring in. You are literally going college to be a self-sufficient problemolver. Why the hell are you on YouTube asking people questions? You you don’t get that. If you can’t figure out how to answer these questions on your own, don’t go to college.
That’s that’s my I know I’m right podcast series. And that’ll be that’ll be something that I might throw in today. But this is a this book is essentially it’s a step-by-step book from start to finish of everything you need to know about being an author. How to make money as an author, how to publish, how to how to manu I mean I manufacturing the books. I might you know I you guys aren’t going to want to manufacture your books. Okay. I do it because I sell hundreds of them and and um I do it myself as a living. You guys are going to want to do it a different route because manufacturing the books itself is like a full-time job. So, I’m like working two full-time jobs. It’s I’m doing it as a means to an end. It’s a it’s a means to an end because eventually I I’ll have an office and I’ll hire interns and I for the interns what I’ll do is I’ll give them I’ll give them lessons on how to become as how to do um marketing and things and and blah blah blah and that way they get like 10 15 bucks an hour and they manufacture my books and in exchange I also show them how to how it’s an internship so it could be something that also counts as credit towards college and things that I will do when I have an office and I can make I have everything I have more money so that I can have everything official because you have to have insurance and you got to pay blah blah blah. That’s a whole another ball game. But I I won’t do business with other companies. I will hire a team of people to make my books for me. As I grow in popularity and I sell more books, I will I will expand and I will have my my employees make my books for me. And eventually I’ll have a company that runs itself and I’ll just write my books and then they manufacture my books and distribute and market them and I’ll hire interns to do that. I have a whole business plan, a long-term business plan in mind for this cuz I know what I’m doing is popular and I know it’ll work and I know that at some point it’s going to blossom and I’m I’m going to have to be ready to handle a surplus of orders from people and um so I’ve got all of that in mind as well. That’s not the road you guys are going to want to go down. The road you’re going to want to go down is how do you write the book and sell the book and make the most money off of it the easiest way without getting robbed. That is what I’m going to show you guys how to do. And that it’s uh it’s not it’s not difficult. So we’ll what we’ll do today is this is the preface chapter. This is the unedited transcript, the preface chapter. And then we’re I’m going to go into next I’m going to show you first how to how to format Microsoft Word properly for your book. and why why you’re going to format it the way you’re going to format it, blah blah blah. So, we’ll start with formatting the book. First, lesson one, formatting the book, and then I’ll show you how to use AI to extract the information and put it in the book. I’ve already done uh about 20 videos on how to build a website and host all your material and everything. Uh because that’s what you’re going to want to do. I’m I am going to show you guys how to publish it on all these different companies like Lulu and Draft to Digital and Amazon. And I’m going to show you guys how to do that. But ultimately, you’re going to want to just host it on your own website and you’re going to want to figure out how to market it. I market using social media. You have to. It’s, you know, I market using social media and I market using SEO and the search engines with my own website. That’s very important that being able to use your own website to put posts out there that show up in the search engine and have them rank high. Hosting your product. That’s very important. That is the easiest way to market your product for free and reach the largest audience is through the search engines, not the social media. You can use the social media savvy to build a following and make money. It can happen quick. it can take a long time if you do it correctly. It’ll it’ll it’ll come quickly. So, I’m gonna I’m going to talk about that. I’m gonna have well I’m gonna have a whole lesson library today. I’m going to do like five to 10 podcasts like this explaining everything. And then um all the lessons on how to build the WordPress website, why you’re going to do it that way, how to do your social media. I’m going to screen share, show you how to publish on all these companies, and then all those transcripts will be extracted into the book to tell you so that you can read it and then you can come watch the videos when you want to see it happen. So you can read about it to get it in your head. Then you can come watch the video library on my website to see how it’s done. And that’s this is a high quality product. They may it just because it’s taken me a day to like for example the Spice Girls like the Spice Girls, you guys all know the Spice Girls, one of their one of their number one hits that made them the most money. They said we wrote that in like two minutes. We were on set and we just wrote it in like two minutes and made the song and it was the most popular song ever. That’s how it works. And I I’ve been waiting for something like that to come along for all the work I’ve done, all the stuff I’ve done. One one day project, one book goes viral, makes me $100 million. So if I sell a million copies of this, I’ll make probably 80 to90 million. And there’s probably a hundred million people out there that would buy this book for that price. The the problem maybe not that for maybe not for this type of product. Maybe there let’s let’s say there’s a million people out there that would buy this book to learn how to do all of this the way I did it. How how to write the book from start to finish. how to make sure it’s legitimate and it’s quality, how to put it everywhere to sell it, how to protect yourself, how to host it, how to make how to make sure that when you sell the book, you’re the one selling it to the customer rather rather than um rather than, you know, you could sell the book through this link and like so you let’s say you sell the book for $50, you sell it for $50 through this link, you get 4040 to $45. If you sell it through this link through Amazon, you get $10 to $20. If you sell it through Kindle, you get zero dollars. You get like a penny, maybe. You put it on Audible, you get nothing.
You put your audiobook on your website, charge a membership, you get everything. Charge 10 bucks a month to listen to your audio books and podcast, you get a thousand people to pay 10 bucks a month, and you get those thousand people to buy your book every couple months, you’re getting 10 grand a month. Plus, you sell the book and make 30 30 bucks a book, you get 30 grand every three months you sell a book. So that’s the target for any of you who want to make money. The target is you get a thousand fans that are all willing to pay you like 10 bucks a month, something like that. And then every three to six months you write a new book and you sell it to them and they buy it and you make like 10 $20 profit on it. So like every three to six months you’re going to get a 10 $20,000 check plus your monthly $10,000 a month check. It could take you years to build this following. It could happen overnight, but if you’re serious about it and you’re committed to it and you stick with it, it will happen. It doesn’t matter who you are. Doesn’t matter if you’re some crusty old man or some cute little girl. It it there is always a fan base for everybody. Now, I I focus on finding small fan bases from multiple areas. Education, cooking, entertainment, fiction, podcasts. I I I focus on finding groups in many areas because I just have so many so much stuff going on in my head that I I need to do different projects all the time. I can’t do the same thing every day. It it it get it becomes bland when I do the same thing every day. I it, you know, it just the flavor goes away. So I I alternate. Sometimes I drink wine. Sometimes I drink beer. Sometimes I have ginger ale soda, ginger beer soda, spicy non-alcoholic ginger beer soda. Sometimes I have a glass of milk. Some people they have the same thing every day. Diet Coke, Diet Coke, Diet Coke, nothing else. I have to change everything. By the way, that’s why I’m 42 and I have hair, nails, skin like this. I look young. A college girl mistook me for a college boy yesterday. Flattering. I was like, she was like 23, 24. And she’s like, “Why is she talking to me?” And I’m like, “You know how old I am?” She I was on campus getting something at a food truck cuz I live a few blocks away from campus. I’m like, “I don’t try not to talk to the girl. They’re all college girls that they I don’t want to talk to them because it’s like I’m in my 40s and I it they take it they if I talk to them, they think I’m a pervert, you know?” And I’m like, I I just don’t talk to them. So, she’s like, “Why don’t you talk?” And she was flirting with me. I’m like, “I I’d love to talk to you, but I don’t want to be accused of being a pervert for having a conversation with somebody.” And that’s how girls act today. So, it’s like
anyways, um, that’s the story of my life. That’s why I do I do many different things because I have so much information to share. But, so this this podcast, I targeted it to be about 45 minutes on purpose. It’s the opening of the book to explain to you guys what it is. It’s a little bit of entertainment to draw you in to you’re you’re I I am captivating. I draw you in. You’re going to read the whole thing. And then then it’s going to have a table of contents, an itemized list of all the instructions. Start here. Do you want to go this way or do you want to go this way? This is why you should go this way. D. Now, I am doing this for two reasons. One, it’s uh I can make money. Well, more more than two reasons. I’m doing this because I want to make I need to make money. I am broke. I need money immediately. I got the summer got I got screwed over this summer after these police shootings and things.
